NTE have designed a package of products and services that offer our customers a single supplier for every aspect of their communications infrastructure, allowing your business to benefit from simplified support and billing.

Our products are carefully selected to offer outstanding technical capability and great value for money - and because we are your one stop communications supplier, you only have one number to call for help.

We aim to provide a first class service that delivers real benefits to your business. All installations are backed by a free one-year maintenance contract and for systems over 12 months old we offer a range of maintenance packages to ensure that your business always has ongoing support.

Installation
NTE appoint a project manager to every installation to act as your single point of contact. Your project manager will work with your business to plan and carry out your system installation to the highest standards with minimum disruption to your business. All installations are carried out by our team of experienced, Nortel accredited engineers. See our accreditations.

Training
Our years of experience have taught NTE the vital importance of winning staff confidence in any new installation. User training is included in every installation we undertake and is designed to ensure that your employees fully understand the potential of the new technology to improve efficiency and service levels.

All NTE trainers are highly skilled professionals with a sound knowledge of system functionality and the technology's application in different business scenarios, enabling us to provide a training solution that is exactly tailored to meet your business needs.

Maintenance
To ensure that the support continues long after the installation date we provide a free 12-month standard maintenance contract with every new system installation.

For systems over 12 months old we offer two support packages designed to provide exactly the right level of support for your business.

Standard maintenance contract
This contract provides engineering support and spare parts for system hardware faults, during the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm, weekdays (excluding public holidays).

Premium maintenance contract
We also offer a premium service, which operates 24/7 for customers who need the highest levels of ongoing service and support. We can bespoke this service to suit your particular business needs, please speak to one of advisors for more information.

For those customers who do not have maintenance with NTE please just give us a call and we can arrange for an engineers visit on a per hour call out basis. In addition, remote programming changes are available for all customers for a small 'on-off' charge.

Technical support
If you should experience a problem with your communication system you can rest assured that your business is in safe hands.

We have large stocks of Nortel spare parts and can offer your business a diverse range of support services, including remote diagnostics, field service and component repair.

All support calls are answered and logged on our Service Desk and managed by accredited and experienced personnel. In many cases, we can solve your problem immediately, over the phone. If your problem is more complex then we can send an engineer to site.

We will keep you informed of progress, every step of the way. The logged fault/query is only cleared when you the customer are completely satisfied.

Repair and refurb
In addition to installation and maintenance of new equipment, we also refurbish equipment for installation in Greenfield or Brownfield sites. We also repair hardware that has been damaged, regardless of whether or not the equipment is covered by a maintenance contract.

Project Management
To complement these engineering services, NTE offers full project management services to our customers. We have provided project management to thousands of customer roll-outs of IP telephony, from SMEs to large corporates. Your business can be safe in the knowledge that NTE will be there to help them throughout the deployment process.

Technical Audits
NTE can provide a full range of technical audit capabilities to ensure that you know precisely what you have in your estate and what upgrades are necessary to support next generation services. Combining the two audit areas will deliver a roadmap for your business with a complete RoI proposition.
