Your Account Manager

We think excellent customer service is actually very simple and that is why we provide every customer with a personal Account Manager who is always working in the best interests of your business.

Your Account Manager is on hand whenever you need them. Offering experienced, technical advice, they manage every aspect of your service delivery and will undertake regular reviews to ensure that you always have the most suitable and cost effective products for your business. Whatever you need, don't hesitate to give your Account Manager a call.
Protecting your business

Unlike many other network providers NTE actively monitor your call charges and should we be alerted to any unusual, high value calls we will immediately inform your business, allowing you to take corrective action.

We would also recommend that you take steps to protect your phone lines by ensuring that your telephone system and voicemail security is up to date. In particular we recommend that all remote access and voicemail ports are password protected. Speak to your PBX supplier about a security health check.
